Every cookbook has its little glitches, and here are some fixes for Christmas 101. You can be sure they will be fixed for the next edition. If you are wondering how this happens, let's just say that there are many steps to publishing a book, and that simple human error raised its ugly head when I made corrections that did not get input. I apologize for the aggravation and inconvenience, and hope that these corrections quickly get you back on the road to recipe success. If any other corrections or fixes come to my attention from other books, I will post them here, as well.
